School's Out and Holidays' In. Well, not for long, and recently there has been an unprecendented feeling of university apparel woes among my friends who are matriculating this year. This means that in general, people still care, although it may not be obvious. With the GSS on going, many people are flitching for their wallets and spending considerably. And not to mentioned, I flitched yesterday, spending again much to my surprise, although I told myself that it would not have been necessary.

Yesterday, on the bus, I saw a group of teenage school students, who were beaming with pride in their school uniform. What a form of identity! I am beginning to admire the routine they perform everyday. No apparel woes. No hassle. Nothing.

Can we switch back to uniforms please? For my 21 years of age, there has been a specific uniform for the organisation I was in. I have not calculated the amount of permutations and combinations my warbrobe can offer, but let's just say that not all the apparels are approriate to be worn in a university campus.

Let's say it is possible to create a time-table or a well designed plan to make sure you seem different everyday, how would that work out to be? Buying all the possible colours of the whole chromatic spectrum? That for a second seems like a viable option. But then, what kind of colours are you going to wear?

There have been 2 modes of solution to this woe.
  1. You can either parade all your fashionable stuff in a month and the following month slip into oblivion.
  2. Set a specific day/s interval between ostensibly ugly and beautiful clothes.
I abhor graphic tees and tees that flaunt the brand of the tee upfront. It's the pictures that make an impact on people's mind, and serves as a reminder to others that you have once a upon a time wore it before. And suddenly, I am going on to graphic-less tees, but since I have also a considerable amount of graphic tee left, this only leaves me with the option to variate between them.

However, has anyone thought about wearing ethnic clothes? Not to mention that it is cost effective too.

It promotes ethnic diversity and the choice of imitating all the cultures in the world does seem like I can have an extensive make over all year round.

I can already imagine myself seeking the PRC scholars for advice on making myself look like a Tang Dynasty scholar.

I am only lacking a pig tail, some ink brushes, but I guess they would come cheaply in Chinatown.

One word. UNIQUE
