Why I was so mad this week .........

There was area cleaning to be done in the office on Thursday, but I decided to wipe off the stains on the wall on Wednesday. Someone asked me for the liquid detergent and I lent it to him out of kindness, and the next day he couldn't even be bothered to return it to me, and worse didn't even know where he left it. On the same day, I was out for a while, and when I came back to do some last minute cleaning, I discovered that the WHOLE bottle of liquid detergent was empty. I'm not being picky or what, but if you want to borrow something from someone, could you at least have the courtesy to return it to me, and others took it without anyone's consent and worse, finished using the whole bottle, leaving none left, and whoever had the cheek to put back an empty bottle is simply FAR TOO MUCH. And by the way, the cleaning detergent isn't provided by the office, someone had to buy it using money from his own pocket. The same goes for stationery, it irritates me when people borrow the stapler and perforator and not return it to my table after they have finish using it. ACK. Maybe I'm too fastidious, but i find it hard to work and irritating to hunt for my stationery when I need to use them.

Another case was when Koh-Blooded Lizard told me to return back to the office on saturday night, excuse me, but how can you give me such a short notice, I was adamant. I refused. It was maddening!

Why I felt better this week.........

Moony! The mooncakes taste great... Mum made mooncakes and some lemonade (though tad tasted a lil too sour) today. Argh *winces* Mooncake reminds me of mooncake face - Tis aint good!

I started my first German lessons, was quite fun actually, but for the first few brief moments, I thought I was in the wrong class! The teacher was conversing entirely in German, and we were all like trying very hard to decipher what she meant, using her actions and body language as hints. She has a great sense of humour, and I can imagine myself laughing non-stop in class (in future) since this was the first lesson, I had better control myself first. :) Annika (teacher's name) had this mousey (which she called it in a very squeaky and funny way) was thrown about in class, and if you had happened to be the lucky guy, you had to introduce yourself in German, and as you would have guessed, throw it around again to the next person, ask him his name, and so forth. Gee, we Singaporeans are quite timid! I mean we didn't play or laugh much, or perhaps everyone in class (except me and one or two others) were all working adults;I can't help feeling a lil out of place sometimes. We were quite conserved, didn't really dared to throw the mousey about; while some others passed it to his neighbour in a rather embarrassed way. :) ACK! It's probably due to our pronunciation, twas kinda difficult! But looking at the bright side of things, german structure is very similar to english.

Wie ist Ihr Name? Mein Name ist .... ----> Obvious!

And I foresee myself spending more in future; Had dinner at Sushi Tei with Sean. I wanted to eat fast food, he wanted to eat something cheap, nevertheless we ended up at some place costly! So much for trying to save!

Aunt told me to learn some computing stuff today, and I could get a Diploma if I studied part-time during these 2 years, but I figured I wasn't tad interested in computing or programming for that matter. The computer codes give me a big headache sometimes.

I remembered I ate Carrot Cake on saturday, and somehow it tasted as though I haven't been eating it for ages (Which is true!) I told kwaire about my food cravings ... ooh, think I'm going to write it down now. And when I went to NTUC to get some household stuff (this reminds me of something that happened in the office which made me very mad), walked passed a durian stall, and was nearly enthralled by the smell of durians. Suddenly, the crave for durians + mangosteens is back! ACK!

Food Cravings:
1. Sushi, Sashimi, Salmon, Softshell Crab, Tempura
2. Seafood Platter : Prawns, Calamari, Fish & Chips, Lobster, Crab! (really wanna go Sydney to try the gorgeous seafood there)
3. Crayfish Spagetti
4. Durians
5. Haagen Daaz Ice-cream
6. Strawberries & Cherries
7. Mayonnaise with anything (as opposed to somebody who eats whipped cream!)
8. Fruit juices
9. Potato Wedges

I am sooo gripped by choral works nowadays. Sacrementum ... Dominus ... Christe ... Mysterioso ...

"Hark! Their heavenly voices drift ... my mortal-self dissolves into an array of emptiness ...materialising into the chordal blend ... as though I had lived through the tonal harmony ... "
